We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Application on Android devices in the Republic of Sabah, East Malaysia Federation, provided you comply with these terms.

You may not use the Application for any unlawful purposes.

We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Application.

We are not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Application, including indirect or consequential damages. The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties.

We may collect limited technical data (device type, general location) for analytics purposes. This data is used solely to improve the Application.

We reserve the right to modify this EULA. Changes will be communicated via a clear notice within the Application. Continued use signifies your acceptance of the changes.
